Bootcamp Windows 10 FaceTime camera not working in Chrome and Firefox

Hello,

I installed Windows 10 with bootcamp on my Mac book pro 2018. But the FaceTime internal camera is not working in Chrome and Firefox. Like for Google Hangout or other web based camera apps. It does work in dedicated Windows apps like Sykpe or the Windows Camera app and Microsoft Edge.

I have already tried the following things:

• Full re-installation of bootcamp Windows 10
• re-installation of Windows support drivers
• Correct privacy settings in Windows 10 for accessing the camera
• I have Chrome as my default browser in Windows 10
• Uninstalled the camera drivers and rebooted
• Correct allow settings in Chrome for accessing camera and microphone
• Checked Flash settings in Chrome to Allow

Mostly it says like it's trying to start the camera. The green light turns on but the image never is shown.

Is this a known bug or what can I do?
