i have a video that keeps cloning itself but i didn’t do anything. how do i fix this?

so i screen recorded my screen and i was playing a game to show to my friend how the game works. i couldn’t send the video so i deleted the video instead. i turn off my phone for a while and when i go back to my photos to send another photo, more than 100 copies of the video was in my gallery. it cloned itself a lot. so i deleted all those copies and deleted them permanently from my phone. but i check my phone again and there are more copies of the video. even if i restart my phone (power off and then back on), the cloning still happens. has this ever happened to anyone ? what can i do ?
