Google Input Tools - Sinhala

Hi,

I know that OSx has Sinhala keyboard support. But this is old-style and someone has to remember the key combinations to type accurately. But with google input tools, anyone can easily type as it uses the keys or English letter combinations that make the same sound to get the expected Sinhala word typed.

Is there any solution for this other than using the Google Chrome Extension? Similar to Google Input Tools desktop utility on Windows?

I decided to answer my own question so that any Apple newbie would have the answer right when they search for this.

Apple "Sinhala - QWERT" key board (input source) is the solution!!!

It's even easier to be used and you don't have to memorise much!

For example,

to type චතුර, I had to just type c, t, u, r.
to type an alternative letter with similar sound, you can use "option" key combination like OPTION + t = ට (whereas t = ත)
to type ශ්රී as asked in Re: Sinhala - QWERTY Input Source, simply, SHIFT + s, SHIFT + r, SHIFT + i (Whereas s = ස, r = ර, i = ි)

However this Sinhala - QWERTY input source still remains as a bug. Technically, OPTION + d = should be ඳ instead of ඦ.
