Apple GiveBack (Brightstar)

So I sent in my old Apple Watch Series One via the Apple GiveBack website to Brightstar to get a promised $50 Apple iTunes card...here is what has happened so far:

1) The Watch was received by Brightstar on "the dock" in Libertyville IL on 7/3/18 per UPS

2) I received an email saying they had "not yet received the device"...so I follow up, they submitted a ticket and eventually admitted they actually received it

3) On 7/23/18 I CALLED to follow up and was told that the item needed to be unlocked...they were correct and I had it unlocked the same day.

4) On 7/30/18 I CALLLED to follow up and was told that the item was successfully inspected on 7/27/18 and they were waiting for a value "from the warehouse"

5) On 8/3/18 I CALLED to follow up and was told they were still waiting for a value "from the warehouse"

6) On 8/6/18 I CALLED to follow up and was told they were still waiting for a value "from the warehouse" and that there was "nothing they could do" except to wait for the warehouse.

It has now been 35 days since they received the device, 14 days since the device was unlocked and 11 days since they inspected the device and still not email to allow my "acceptance" of the value, and no way for anyone to find out what the delay is.

Apple needs to stand behind their website and their partnership with Brightstar and help me get this resolved.
