Accessing iCloud on Android Phone

I had an emergency in a meeting with a client where I needed to access a file in iCloud on my Android phone.

*panic*

There is no way to access files stored in iCloud from an android device.

I found you can try to view from desktop mode but you can't scroll so can't look through the files.

Google allows Apple users to access Drive on Apple devices. Why on earth wouldn't Apple allow Android users to access the files kept in iCloud?

I'm done. Pulling all my files off of iCloud. Moving everything to Drive.

What's the point of keeping your files in the cloud if they are going to be trapped in the Apple ecosystem and you can't access them in an emergency?

#$%* Apple!
