I tried everything but every time I go to hotel or connect to public WiFi it connects automatically and does not require me to login. However when I my sister connects it asks her to login and she can use the WiFi. For me it doesn’t require me to login and the wifi does not work. I need to solve this soon and I hope someone can help me!
If you're connected, go to settings>Wi-Fi and forget the network by tapping on the I in a circle. If still unresolved,then reset your network settings by going to settings>general>reset and reset the network settings. Be aware that doing so will cause the device to restart and also forget any WiFi passwords it currently remembers for you.
Open up a new tab in Safari. That will generally cause the login screen to pop up.
Some hotels and other public wifi setups use a Flash-based
log-in page. iOS does not support Flash.
There are some 3rd party browsers in the AppStore that claim
to offer limited Flash support. Read the reviews, make your choice
and see if that helps the situation.
What did the help desk at the hotel say when you asked for assistance?
While there may not be an on-site IT person, the staff should be
able to contact corporate IT to assist you.
