My phone is disabled and I never synced with iTunes and iCloud

Yesterday, I was talking to my sister about passwords. And for some reason I forgot my iPhone's password. I tried and tried to remember and I couldn't. I had it for months, but i can't remember. And now I'm locked out. I never synced with iTunes before and I was synced to iCloud but i never turned on the photos for it. Is there a way I can make a backup before i restore it. I don't want to lose any data. The notes and pictures were all so important. I don't want to lose them. I need help, but the only choice now is to just restore and lose all the data. But is there another way? I breaks my heart to lose those pictures..

If your device was connected to iCloud there is a possibility that you have an iCloud Backup of your device on iCloud. The only way to find out would be to reset you device and try to Restore from an iCloud Backup on your account or to contact Apple Support.

Additionally check iCloud.com to see if your notes are available there.

If your device is displaying "Device Disabled" and was not previously connected to iTunes, there is no way to make a backup or recover the data on the device.

To get the iPhone functional again follow these steps: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
