Fujitsu USB 3.0 Port Replicator PR08

Hi,

I am trying to connect my MacBook Pro (2018, 13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) to two external screens, an external keyboard and an external mouse.

These external devices are all connected to a Fujitsu USB 3.0 Port Replicator PR08. From this PR comes an USB 3.0 cable that I connect to my MacBook Pro. As I only have 4 USB-C ports I use an USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter cable (original Apple cable).

However I can get the keyboard and the mouse to work fine I cannot see the two screens.

One of my colleagues using an older MacBook Pro (2015) has no problem using the above setup. As his MacBook has an USB port he can connect the USB cable directly to his MacBook.

So far, after calling Apple Support, I still do not have a solution to solve this problem.

Hopefully somebody can help me out.

Cheers,

Mark
