Error in installing iCloud for windows 10 64 bit

Getting error while installing iCloud setup for Windows 10 64bits. Tried using Microsoft Program Install Uninstall Troubleshooter. But

still getting error at stage "status: removing backup files".

Before installing iCloud, i could successfully install itunes app for windows (downloaded from windows store)
