Homekit app crashes

Since upgrading to iOS 11 when I press the top left button (the arrow shape on the homepage) the app always crashes. This happens to all iOS devices that I upgraded to iOS11. I spoke to the Support team and they said they'll launch the fix in 11.4.1 version, but obviously not yet.

Does anyone have the same problem? Is it something we can fix manually?

ios shortcuts app crashes on opening recently the new iOS 12 shortcuts app has begun crashing every time it is opened. It crashes within seconds of opening. I have found some suggestion online that this was an issue in beta. Deleting re-downloading the app doesn't change things. Nor does a hard restart of the device.

Some HomeKit devices stopped working after updating to iOS15.4 and MacOS 12.3 Some HomeKit devices stopped working after updating to iOS15.4 and MacOS 12.3. Not updating iPad to iPad OS 15.4, still running 15.3.1, has no trouble accessing all HomeKit devices. Apple please Fix!

As expected, after upgrading to iOS 12 the problem is still there. They seemed to have updated only one thing - changing the icon from the arrow head to a house symbol instead.
