Microphone Stopped Working Iphone 7 Issues with Inbound calls.

Out of nowhere the microphone stopped working on my iphone 7.

When making a call it automatically goes to speaker, and wont pick up any speech. Siri doesn't recognize any speech either.

On incoming calls I also cannot hear any audio from the other side.

When using a blue tooth headset it does pick up speech and let me make calls, but yet again when I receive a call it doesn't pick up any audio.

I reset all settings and erased it and restored it from a backup and it continued. It's not the sim card because I was able to test it on my old cracked but reliable iphone 5.

No idea what may be doing it.
