Can FC X import/export a HEVC file, in a mov wrapper, with PCM Audio?

AFAIK, you need to have Compressor in order to get an HEVC exported from FCP X. You can send to Compressor, Export with Compressor Settings, or export a Master File and then transcode it in Compressor.
I am not at my mac to confirm if Compressor allows for all the settings you describe.
