Hello!
When i pair my Magic Trackpad 2 with my new iMac Pro. There are no Settings for Force Click, Silent Click and Click.
When I pair it with my old Macbook Pro from 2012, the correct Settings will appear.
Do you have the same problem, or even a solution for this? Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. At first only on my iMac 5K and now also on my Mac Mini since I gave it a clean install. This seems to be a MacOS issue?
i think it’s an OS issue too! what‘s interesting is that on a macbook with high sierra, you have all the controls for the internal trackpad but not for an external magic trackpad 2.
Does the haptic feedback work on your Magic Trackpad 2 despite the settings not being there?
yes, the haptic feedback does work. but i can't adjust the click force and cannot turn force click off.
OK, thanks. On mine, the Magic Trackpad only works occasionally, and when it does, it stops after a short period. So I'm thinking I may have a hardware failure with the Trackpad.
funnily enough this depends on what MacOS user profile I'm on. So I'm 100% sure it's a software problem.
What??? The MT2 doesn’t even WORK without haptic feedback! 😂 First day at Apple for that employee?
Edit: just read you said “senior advisor”, that makes it even worse!
Mine does. It works just like a MT1. As this thread suggests, it's not normal, but that's what is happening.
