Help, I get this error message when I'm logged into icloud ( see below ) ... anyone know what's wrong?
"Cannot Load Library -Photos was unable to load your photos and videos"
Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on.
For a computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing by unchecking the box. Wait a couple of minutes, then check syncing.

Thanks for trying, it still isn't loading, also now "Can't load iCloud Drive" is happening when logged into iCloud - "There was a problem loading our data for this application."....
when hitting "Report" ..

Some other message thread says sounds like a server error that resolved for someone else after doing nothing after a few days... hmmm,
Apple Support does not know the problem yet, I've created a ticket case number.
