Hello, since a few months the keyboard viewer no more displays the thai keyboard layout correctly. I wrote Apple for a big report, but no answer. I have no glue how to fix it (MacOS High Sierra and Mac Pro Late 2013). Thank you in advance.

It's a problem with your machine, not a "bug". It probably involves your fonts. Try going to Applications > Font Book and doing File > Restore Standard Fonts and restart. Also try setting up a new user account and see if you have the same problem when you are logged into that.
I'm stumped. Some others who have had similar problems found another account could fix it.
Thanks for your reply. I restored the standard fonts and restarted. The problem is still there. New users are also affected by this problem.
Safe boot also doesn't fix the problem.
