Receive popup, mediation.adnxs.com , when open certain sites, like weatherbug.com, on my iPhone 6S. Have heard this is Malware. Best way to remove?

Try double clicking the Home button and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
