Logic Pro X Wont Recognize Waves Plugins

I recently installed waves on my MacBook Pro [Mac OS High Sierra] but every time I open Logic Pro X, it's not showing any of the plugins. I've tried to run Waves AU Reg Utility 9.3 but I keep getting an error that says "WaveShell-AudioUnits Utility has encountered an internal error. Please reinstall WaveShell-AU and try again."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled waves 3 times already and the same thing is happening.

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen as certain system caches, dynamic loader cache etc get cleared and

rebuilt. This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Maybe in the this safe boot environment w/ no third party ext loaded— you can get in there.

Test issue in another user (or guest user) account https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204443

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
