toast 17 titanium cannot copy dvd, keeps coming up with mac os error code 999, is there a resolution to this issue?

Toast will not copy DRM (copyright) protected content. So, is this a homemade movie?

What do you mean by copying? Are you trying to create a disk image of the DVD disc? Is this a video DVD? Is it a commercial disc?

If it's not a commercial disc and you're trying to create a disk image have you tried Disk Utility to do the job?
