How do I uninstall Self Service on Mac desktop?

I have a 2015 Mac desktop that I inadvertently downloaded Self Service. It’s running High Sierra. I have tried uninstalling it by moving to trash but everytime I reboot it’s showing up in Finder.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5

Was this computer ever administered by a University? Seeing that it is software run by a university admin, the answer is not strictly mac related.

In any case, you need to google further, but here is one thing I came up with:

Removing Jamf Components from Computers | Knowledge Base | Jamf Nation

If that does not do it, I'd post over in the Self Service support site.

Well, from what I found, it's a university admin app which will allow you to download stuff.

In any case, remember one thing: anything you can download for free that costs money elsewhere quite often comes with additions which you do not want. So, if it is malware or something similar, download Malwarebytes for Mac and run it - that will hopefully get rid of it.
