My iPhone No Longer Pairs With Sync In My Ford Fusion

Randomly a couple weeks ago my iPhone stopped pairing with my Ford Fusion Sync system. I have done all the troubleshooting recommended both by Sync and Apple. I have turned my Bluetooth on and off, I have turne my phone on and off, I have unpaired my phone from Sync, I have deleted all Bluetooth devices from my Sync system, and I upadated to the latest operating system. Now when I try to pair it doesn’t even show Sync as an option, I just get the spinning wheel.

I went to my ford dealership and the guy there’s Galaxy phone easily paired with Sync. I went to the Sprint store and not iPhones will pair with it, only android, google pixels, and other phones will connect.

I called Apple to try and create a solution and the manager said he would contact me to create a case for the engineers with me but never did and does not return my calls. I have a case number but that is it. It’s so frustrating and I have no idea how to fix it now! Any advice would be so appreciated!

Hmmm still didn’t work! I have never paired using CarPlay, it just comes up on Bluetooth and once it does a pin appears on my car and I enter that when prompted then it is paired. I’ve had it working for the last three years which is why I don’t understand what is happening! It’s super frustrating, especially because I drive a ton for work and prefer taking calls if needed via bluetooth! Thank you so much for throwing ideas out there, I really appreciate it!!
