NFL Game Pass International - cannot login on Apple devices

I downloaded and installed the NFL Game Pass Intl app but cannot log in on either my iPad or iPhone (via the app or via web browser on Safari and Chrome). I continually get “Network connection not available, please check again later” or “Invalid Return Code - Error - Code = 0” messages. I can log in from other devices (including my friend‘s iPad on the same wifi network). I have deleted and reinstalled the app, changed my DNS settings, turned both devices on and off etc. Nothing has worked and the error has persisted for four days. NFL tech support is useless/non-existent.

Any ideas as to how I might resolve these issues would be greatky appreciated.

No real issues with it for the past 5 seasons. This year new error. They seem to know about it on a wide scale issue. Not openly publishing fixes.


Frustrating to say the least, laptop access through their website no problems. All of offseason through the app no problems. Then they ran an update to the app 2 weeks ago. Now each week same merry go round begins
