iPhone X won’t load apps

So basically I’ve had my X for less than a year (I do not drop it often or do anything to harm the phone) but for some reason it has gotten insanely buggy and laggy. My phone might function for the whole day but around night goes nuts. I will be able to use one app for example messages but if I want to use another app like instagram or any other app I have to restart the phone because the app does not load the Phone just freezes. I have updated, reset, restored and done everything I could have done but my phone is still having issues any ideas?
