I updated my iPhone 7 to version 11.4.1 and when I finished the update and while I was activating the device I received a message in the iPhone and iTunes iTunes says there is a problem with your iPhone (please help me)

Try restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
