Facebook issues on MacBook Pro

For the past few weeks Facebook has not functioned properly on my MacBook Pro. It comes up (slowly), but I only get a few posts on my newsfeed. There is a load more type button at the bottom, but it doesn’t do anything. When I click on notifications, I only get some of them some of the time; the rest of the time I just get that circle showing its working but nothing ever happens. When I go to my page, I only get the last few posts. When I go to photos, nothing happens unless I first go to about and then go to photos. I have no problems on my iPad or iPhone. I haven’t added any software in that period. I saw where some others had this problem and it appeared to be associated with Dashlane, but I don’t have Dashlane. Are there other software programs, perhaps those updated in the past month or so, that have caused these types of problems?
