Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I’ve looked all over the Apple site to find out how I can complain to Apple. Contacting customer services only gets an offer to be put through to tech support, however since tech support have not been able to help I want to make a formal complaint to Apple but this appears not to be possible. Does anyone have an email address to make formal complaints to Apple Uk.

Same here there is no way you can complain disappointed at Apple’s company culture been speaking to several senior Advisors and that is the furthest you can go. Some were arrogant and rude and you can’t do anything about it i was told by their senior advisor. Disappointed! Such nice products but some

Apple is a company headquartered in the U.S. If you want to complain to Apple about something that Apple is doing (or not doing), that's where you complain to. The exception would be if you want to complain about something that happened in an Apple Store. In that case, start with Store Manager.

Other then sending a letter to the address as noted, you can offer feedback to Apple here: https://www.apple.com/feedback/ It will get read but you wont get a response.

Apple sells I’m tge U.K., so there should be a Compkaints department within the U.K., it’s pointkess complaining to America, and when you google Apple UK apoears
