Notes not completely syncing

I mistakenly posted this on the Sierra discussion, so am posting again. Apologies for any confusion.

I have a couple of iMacs and a macbookAir. All running 10.10.5. Notes sync across these 4 machines, but the notes do not appear on iCloud.com and do not sync to iPhone or iPad.

I have an iPhone and an iPad. Notes sync across these 2 devices (but not to the iMacs or macbook air) and also appear on iCloud.com. Both running 11.4.1

I use the same apple id on all machines and have tried toggling off the notes app. Rebooting retooling on

Please help
