Clipboard issue

I noticed about a month ago, that in some cases I cannot copy texts to the clipboard. The system process pboard does not work as expected, and I have to force quit this process in the terminal to work properly afterwards. I have to use this terminal command 10-15 times a day. This is annoying.

Cache is rebuilt. Latest MacOS High Sierra is updated.

Anyone knows the solution for this issue?

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), 12Cores

That is not normal.

Please run the diagnostic tool Etrecheck and post its report here in a reply.

I am thinking that there must be a software conflict that is causing it. The report may help us figure out what that may be.
