damage to my I phoneX screen ! by screw caused pressure point from inside! according to apple warrnaty guidelines not covered !!!

I need to find answer to this difficult question that our local apple service provider or apple chat support did not help me with...😠

I noticed bubble like was small on my phone screen , than it got bigger i ignored it i thought it is just bubble under screen protector , than recently i changed the screen protector and found that dam! bubble still present , but weird about it that you can not feel it , so i removed the screen protector and found that the problem is under the glass , when you tilt the device with the right angle you can see like pressure pointing from inside the screen ...i ignored it for couple months than last week that pressure point bursted like a volcano made an island of light in the middle of my screen ....😕

I took the device to our local apple authorized service provider to find the problem , after 3 days i went to them, they told me that pressure point been made by missed screw behind the screen !!!!! and that not covered by apple warranty as it might the device been opened !! I never opened the device because I am not that stupid to do it while it is under warranty , they told me contact apple care through phone so i did same issue they follow guideline , they told me what is the problem, i explained , they started to keep me on hold several time....than they told me to take the phone to apple authorized service provider ! I told them the phone is with authorized one ! they said to make sure take it to another one !!! by logic what is the point ? no use

went again to the service provider i told them that as authorized service provider and this hardware problem you should fix it , they told we follow apple warranty guidelines !!! this is not under warranty ...

my question isn't this issue consider as manufacturer error and should be under apple care warranty?
