Once your iPhone is a trusted device, you will almost never need to interact with 2FA on the phone.
i want to need to turn off TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
how can i do that this
TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION is disable
Clicking that link also demands that you reset your password; why can't Apple undo it by request if I can do it just by clicking a link?
I've never had icloud.com ask me for a phone number. Only the usual 2FA six digit authorization code.
And you don't remember your own phone number? Try looking on your cellular billing statement.
I agree. I'm an adult with a house, job, kids, bills, mortgage.... and Apple tells me how to manage my stupid phone? 2FA is a complete annoyance.

The link to turn it off is in the enrollment confirmation email that you will have received.
I never received an email. I did this on my phone. I searched in, trash, and junk and no email within the first two weeks.
the iPad 1st generation never allows you to enter in the code.
