iOS 12 Bluetooth/Music Bug

Since I’ve upgraded to iOS 12 I have notice one particular bug involving playing music via Bluetooth in my car. When I’m playing all songs on shuffle and I’m searching through the songs via scroll dial on my vehicle. When I scroll to song 100 it no longer shows the name of the song or any song after it. It will show up on the screen like this : song~100,song~101, etc. if you click it it will play the song but no information will pop up on the vehicle screen. But when you go into the music app everything is normal. It always happens as soon as you scroll to the 100th song on the list for some reason. It is very annoying and I’ve tried all steps with resetting the connection and retrying. Nothing has worked. This is an iOS 12 bug as it only started doing that after the update. Please advise and come up with a solution. Thank you.
