Printer Connection Error: Unable to connect to ‘Canon MF731C/733C._ipp._tcp.local.’ due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?

We have 5 mac book pros on the same network and one wireless canon printer. 3 of the mac books have no issues connecting to the printer, 2 receive this error when trying to add the printer: Unable to connect to ‘Canon MF731C/733C._ipp._tcp.local.’ due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?"

Please help!

Fixed it, had a VPN on with an "overcloak" feature that basically was always on unless you turned it off or had it completely not active.
