Wireless mouse keeps losing connectivity...

Hi,

My MacBook Pro suddenly died a week ago so I was forced to buy another. Now, the mouse keeps losing connectivity (most times it comes back again after a few moments but sometimes it takes longer). I have also lost the keyboard twice too.

My old Mac was running Yosemite and of course the new one is High Sierra. I never saw this issue before and it is now driving me mad... The batteries are fine.

Can anyone offer any advice please?

Many thanks, Karen
