When trying to cancel, it sends me to a website that looks like apple’s but I have my suspicious This is the link:

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email.

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

It’s fake. Forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.

A real address won’t have anything between apple.com and the third slash.
