how can i upgrade my mac os x lion 10.7.5 to 10.10 as my app store is not letting me download any app.it just giving an error that upgrade to mac os x 10.10 or 10.9

Try going to another device/computer and sign into iTunes and verify your account. Then go back to the App Store and see if you can download an upgrade.
