How do I make fonts that are installed in Font Book on my Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6) available to use in Pages 7.2 (5869)? Some fonts that used to be in the list have disappeared though they appear to be installed in Font Book.

Sometimes you need to restart Pages, and I have noticed that Font Book doesn't show the last font added until after another is added or Font Book is restarted, which is quite annoying.
