No luck on iPhone XS Verizon Activation
Just got my iPhone XS. At the step in the activation process where it asks for my billing zip code and SSN, it tells me that "Verizon was not able to verify your identity". My information is definitely correct. I also tried an old zip code, my husband's SSN, and my account PIN (which I just went to vzw.com to change, so I could be sure it's correct). I called 1-800-MY-IPHONE, who told me to call Verizon, who's now transferring me to Verizon's Apple support team. I doubt I'll have any luck, since I need to get off the phone for a work call. Anyone having a similar problem??
