How to export all photos from Photos Library

My Photos Library has 25k+ photos. When I select all to export and choose export, the selection drops down to a few hundred when I select export from the file menu. See screenshots below. Is there anyway to export all photos all at once. I'm trying to move them to another cloud service Any suggestions appreciated.

One way is to do them in 1 year increments.

1 - create an album titled 2014 on the destination volume (for this example we are starting with 2014).

2 - create a smart album with the following criteria :

3 - select all of the Photos in the smart album and export as File ➙ Export Unmodified Originals for XXX Photos:

User uploaded file

This will give you a folders inside the 2014 folder for each of the moments in 2014 and named for those moments.

Repeat for each year.

Note: I'm assuming you will only export the originals because edits can be reapplied at a later date but edited versions can't be walked back to the original version.
