Am I missing something or are the new infographic faces missing complications for mail, messages, and phone. If I am not missing something Apple, please fix this now!!
iPhone 4, iOS 5
IWatch 4 - check to see if OS 5.1.2 update is installed. If so and still nothing do this: Customize Inforgraph face for Messages & Mail via the customize function on the "watch" NOT using iPhone App... it should work. For some reason the iPhone App is not communicating all customizations.
I suggest you hit https://www.apple.com/feedback/watch.html and express your disappointment direct to Apple’s product team.
See this page from the Apple Watch User Guide, Faces and features - Apple Support and see if that answers some of your questions. I think that is the closest we will find at this point.
Something is not right on your end. I've had mail and messages on my Infograph watch face since watch os 5.1.2 came out.

Come on-it’s more fun to be hyperbolic. And, jokes aside, relative to the issue, it’s a pretty big deal when you can’t use the watch faces that you see in every ad for the watch.

@vernonfromperth, I’m well aware of the capabilities you outlined. I was questioning one of the statements from another user, and asking to clarify comments mad which seem to challenge reality.
I've discovered the same. It's great to see this has been suggested and hopefully fixed soon.
