What's the BEST ad blocker for Safari nowadays?

I'm looking for an ad blocker that actually works, it doesn't matter if I must to pay for it.

I'm currently running all of these, downloaded from the official Safari Extensions in the App Store.

But I still get ads here and there, and it is incredibly annoying.

These are all free, so maybe that's why they're not 100%.

Does anyone have experience with all the paid ones?

What's the best one out there?
