Allow Website link in Safari

I have restrictions turned on so I can specifically block “You’ve won a free iPad” or “Your device is infected with a virus” sites, but I don’t particularly care about blocking other sites.

It used to be if I came across a site that was blocked, I could click Allow Website, put in my code, and the site would load. Since I upgraded to IOS 12, that Allow Website link no longer appears, and I have to manually go into settings and click down into website restrictions and type in the web address, assuming I remember it by the time I get there.

Is there a way to get that Allow Website link back? Or to allow every web site unless it’s specifically blocked? Because this new way is a real pain.
