MacBook Contacts NOT syncing with iCloud Contact

My MacBook used to sync with iCloud every time I've changed anything from my MacBook Contacts.

However, everything suddenly stopped since 2 weeks ago.... I can't find a way to sync them together again...

So, I don't get any updates on my other iOS Devices... Pls. Help...

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
