No Apps In App Store on iMac
No Apps In App Store on iMac running Mojave but three feet away running MBP running Mojave the app store is functioning perfectly.

The only way to seem to fix the problem was to reboot and go into Command+R and activate First Aid on Macintosh HD. Not sure what deferred Repairs are but rebooted and let everything load and then opened the App Store and all the apps that were not present previous to the reboot magically appeared.
