i upgrade to ios 12 in 21 of September 2018, and after one week the text replacement has gone, the whole list is now empty, before it was like 10-15 text replacement, why is that happens, any one can help me please ?! i have iPhone X

Interestingly you can create a text replacement of more than 128 characters - it just won't work. Seems a half baked job if it was an intention to restrict to 128 characters.

Go to settings/ passwords / then tutn off autofill passwords. It clashes with that

This new 128 character limit is absurd and a huge disrespect to all apple users that support this company! Simple as that!

If I’m not mistaken, looks like this text replacement issue is fixed on iOS 12.1.1. Text replacements don’t seem to have a character limit.
