How do I apply a plug in to only one of my tracks on garage band and not all of them?

I have downloaded plug ins in garage band on my computer. I want to use the effects of the plug in on one of my vocal tracks, however the effects of the plug in applies to my other tracks as well. I don't want that. How do I apply specific individual plug ins effect to each of my track?

When you add a plug-in to a track in the Smart Controls, make sure, that "Track" is selected and not "Master". The Master effects will be applied to all tracks.
