Apple Customer Support has no authority to delete posts here. In fact, they don't participate here at all.

This is a user to user technical support forum. As noted terms of use apply. There is no guarantee that your post will receive replies, or that you will necessarily find those replies useful, but that is how it works. I don't see any recent activity from you other than this thread. Perhaps you should ask your technical question again in the most appropriate forum for it.

In order to avoid having your posts deleted, you need to conform to the terms of use. In summary, don't rant, complain, use profanity. State what you are trying to do, what happens when you try and what troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

My request for help with three major problems was deleted. Am at my wits end because the problems are daily for the last six months. Got no help from Apple support. Refuse to buy a new iMac because it would probably have the same problems. Thanks for your reply.
Have you visited the Genius Bar? They specialize in hardware problems. Software problems are usually dealt with via a triage process and you start with the upper right corner link for Apple support. this forum is not the official Apple support, just other end users. As mentioned, these forums are to get help, not post rants or bad reviews.
Again: When are you going to tell us what your problem is?
Did you post a review in the app store? Is that what was removed?
There are only two places to get tech support: from other users here and directly from Apple through the above link.
If your post is removed by the hosts here, you get an email.
Your posts were not deleted because Support could not fix. Your posts would have been deleted because they did not comply with TOU, and based on the tone and all-caps in your messages above we might have a clue to the specific violations.
I suggest you start a new thread thread in the relevant community area. Simply describe the problem in terms of what you can see and what goes wrong. Don’t even mention previous contact with Apple Support, don’t make any comment about quality of service, don’t rant about Apple, don’t use profanity.
Bot iMac July 2013. IOS 10.13.6. quickly now 3 problems - 1. for 6 months every day I get a pop uo that says "mac can't connect to iCloud because of a problem with iCloud preferences, go to iCloud preferences to fix this problem". Have to change my password every day. 2. one click on space bar does not go to home page, now takes multiple clicks. 3. mac idle for several hours the screen is grayed ou then when activated mouse does not work. have to turn off mac then turn back on. sorry this is so truncated but the last time i tried to post the problems they deleted them
This site has just lost a feature which may have saved a post you were constructing. In the past if you were logged out while composing your message, or there was an issue submitting it, you might have been able retrieve it and try again. If you have something complicated to write about then you may want to compose the message in a text editor and paste it here when it is complete. Please stick to the technical issues.

1. I don’t use icloud, so someone else will need to help with this.
2. what home page? Are you using the Apple keyboard or a third party one? Where do you have it set to go to the home page with a space bar click?
3. Exactly what model mouse? And how do you have your Preferences set for sleep/ wake?

Rather than make those file level changes I would suggest, at least to start with, that you actively turn off every feature that accesses iCloud, or any other aspect of your Apple ID, in turn, on all devices that you have. Once you've done that try to sign in again with your current credentials. See if the issue returns.

keyboard click: when mac goes into 'sleep' mode and I have either a black screen or screen savers mode - one keyboard click used to take me to "home page" with dock at the bottom - do not know what else to call it. Now it takes multiple clicks ?
Clearly I worked out where you meant, but it was missing the http:// and another slash necessary to find a document rather than an error message. Every time you make someone else have to do more work than necessary to understand your problem you increase the odds that they will lose interest.

funny i don't have to use http:// to access web addresses, is this something new?? Took a while to respond to you because I just had the famous iCloud popup to reenter passwords etc. I am about tools interest myself guess there is no help
