I have two children on my Screentime account. I can only see one of their activity. The other said he is not on. He is always on.
What is happening?
How can I change it?

Everything was working for a couple of days. We turned off the time limit in order to how much they use it. I can see both phones on my phone, but when I click on each only one shows being used.
Same here. The limits still seem to take effect on the kids devices, but I no longer see any of the data. It stopped tracking on Monday of this week for one device, Wednesday for the other. I have an iPhone 7, my kids two of the latest iPads.
This whole application is unreliable. Apple needs to respond to this issue.
Same issue here. Parent device is iPhone 7, child device is iPhone Xs, both are running 12.0.1. I have never been able to see the usage reports for my child on the parent phone. Rebooting, disabling screen time, etc nothing has worked. This looks like a software bug that Apple needs to resolve.
Could be, but I wasn’t getting anything until the kid devices were updated. One kid upgraded right away and his data showed up but the others took a few days and once they did their data started appearing on my devices.
I’m just glad it’s working again now and hopefully it stays that way.
I've had the same problem with my child's account. We're both on 12.1. After clearing the child's restrictions passcode I was finally able to remotely turn on Screen Time on the child's phone, but the Downtime hours were different than what I set remotely.
I have turned Screen Time on & off locally on the child's phone, and remotely on my family shared (organizer) phone, and signed each of us out of iCloud, and restarted the devices, and restored from backups, all in various sequences, and nothing works to allow me to correctly remotely configure or see the reports for the other phone.
