An update required to use cellular data on this iPhone

just tried that for about the 4th time and didnt work.

I did a software update through iTunes and that seemed to fix the problem. I hope this helps.

i cant click on it too... yes it grayed out.

did you still have this problem?

unfortunately i cant click on it .. there's no response and its grayed out...

no need to update at all, just take out the sim card then restar the phone, after that put the sim card back and that's it, cellular data and network conection should be

back

I have the same problem and nothing works, i'm so angry at apple for this.

Please reply with a solution none work so far.

Apple won't stand behind their technical error.

According to all sources, Apple should have replaced my phone for free but they didn't.

Several restore and updates didn't work.

Tried updating only and via iTunes and Voila, the thing is functioning perfectly

But iTunes must be the latest version.

Unfortunately I am unable to click anything on Carrier. It is grayed out. Thank you for the suggestion though.
