iTunes in library mode not showing scroll bars nor it can be scrolled.

itunes on windows: 12.9.0.167,

itunes on imac: 12.8.0.259 (installed on Sep.29 - latest offered one).

itunes on windows has master library (all songs and playlists).

itunes on imac hooks up to this library and is able to stream and use these playlists.

When I open a playlist there is no scroll bars to see whole list. List gets cut off by end of itunes application. If I maximize itunes window I will be able to see few more songs but rest is still hidden. My settings are set to show scroll bars Always.

Bars are present when browsing window's library through artist/albums/song. Just not available when looking at any playlist.

You can see last song's text is cut off....the only way to see rest of this playlist is by expanding window down (impossible to do when playlist have 20+ songs).
