I can’t remove the Feedback even after resetting my iPad

I have a iPad mini 2 and I installed iOS 12 beta. After iOS 12 released i removed the beta profile and reset my iPad after doing the start up process and going to the home screen the feedback still appears!

You need to set it up as new or restore it from a backup that you made before installing the beta software.
