iPhone XS Max Speaker Static/fuzzyness?

Hello:

I just got my iPhone XS Max on launch day, and shortly after I got it, I FaceTimed with my friend. While FaceTiming, I was searching something on the web, when I noticed the keyboard feedback keytone had a fuzzy/static noise to it. Just to make sure it was not the person I was FaceTimeing with that was causing the issue, I tested it out on my old iPhone, (6S Plus), as well as my 2017 iPad Pro, by FaceTiming on those devices as well; I did not experience the fuzzy/static noises I have heard on my XS Max.

Please note that the static ONLY happens when on FaceTime, not anywhere else in the OS, or while playing videos or music.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or any other issues with their audio system on their new iPhone XS or XS Max?

I have a brand new iPhone Xr that does the same thing. The external speaker is crackling and the volume setting seems to not matter. It reaches max volume at about 1/2-1/3 of the slider bar and the more I try to increase it, it doesn't seem to make the sound any louder.

This happens when I use the podcast app or just listening to music, or using it as a speaker phone. Anything that uses the external speakers triggers the crackling problem.
